2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and our portfolio of work, is the property of Bloom & Build or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The designs, patterns, and intellectual property developed during the course of a commissioned project remain the property of Bloom & Build unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients engaging Bloom & Build for services are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding project requirements, specifications, and site conditions.

• Timely communication and feedback are essential for the successful completion of bespoke projects.

• Clients must obtain all necessary permits and approvals for installations where required, unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in the project contract.

4. Quotations and Contracts

All quotations provided by Bloom & Build are valid for a specified period and are subject to final confirmation upon detailed project review. A formal contract will be issued for commissioned works, outlining project scope, timelines, payment terms, and other agreed-upon conditions. Work will only commence upon mutual agreement and signing of the contract, and receipt of any agreed-upon deposit.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be clearly stipulated in each project contract. Typically, a deposit is required upfront, with interim payments linked to project milestones, and the final balance due upon completion and satisfactory installation of the work.

6. Project Changes and Cancellations

Any changes to the project scope, design, or materials after the contract is signed may incur additional costs and affect the project timeline. Such changes must be agreed upon in writing. Cancellation policies will be detailed within your project contract.

• Bloom & Build reserves the right to charge for work completed and materials ordered up to the point of cancellation.

7. Warranty

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Specific warranty periods and conditions for materials and workmanship will be provided in your project contract. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or natural wear and tear.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bloom & Build will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our service; (iii) any content obtained from our service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
